Tim Powers has been marketing and selling property in South Florida for more than 11 years and has been among the top 5% of Realtors ever since. Born and raised in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Tim received a degree in Journalism from Ohio University’s prestigious E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. Upon graduation he moved to New York City to begin what would be a successful career in Public Relations and special events. Before moving to Florida, Tim was Senior VP of Marketing and Communications for the national office of the Leukemia Society of America. “I gave up the structure of a 9-5 position in New York to start a new career in Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale. I was much more interested in feeling the rewards of my work, by getting to know clients and helping them find a good investment and a dream home.
